Can you please tell me how do I need to set a tab for the following needs:

The tab has a forum URL like: http://www.domain.com/forum/f5/
HAS to be selected when active
Has 3 sub menu items also with URL like http://www.domain.com/forum/f5/thread-title

How can this be set?

Yes that could be OK too. I belive you refer that is a drop-sown menu and that's OK too. I was saing that I need to be able to access the My Menu button as per link http://www.domain.com/forum/f5/ and the sub-menus threads in forum. I could be either a drop-down menu or what I am aiming are the links under the navbar as for the defaults FAQ | Calendar | etc
